Welcome to the Smile for Miles website. Here you will find all the information you will need to join us in supporting a great cause this October.

For the past 9 years, the Debbie Romano Memorial Foundation has held the Smile for Miles 5 mile run and 3 mile walk in support of St. Christopher's Hospital For Children. Our primary goal is to raise funds for an endowment at St. Christopher's that will support a Chronic Care Coordinator specifically dedicated to helping children and their families to cope with the overwhelming emotional and financial burdens associated with a cancer diagnosis.
